This is a "game" where you "dress up" Stitch. I put "game"and "dress up" in quotation marks because it's not really a game or dress up, but you can make it into one.
If you have Photoshop or a Photoshop File plugin (such as in Paint.NET), download the file. When you open it, you will see several clothing items and Stitch. Each clothing item should be on a separate layer (Stitch is in his own layer). It should be Stitch in the background, Clothing item 1 in layer 1, clothing item 2 in layer 2, and so on. Ok, so let's say you want to put Clothing Item 1 on Stitch. Go to Layer 1 (this is where Clothing Item 1 should be) and select the clothing item. Select and move the clothing item onto Stitch until it matches up almost perfectly. Do that with every clothing item. Have fun and enjoy!
