This is a "game" where you "dress up" Stitch. I put "game"and "dress up" in quotation marks because it's not really a game or dress up, but you can make it into one.

If you have Photoshop or a Photoshop File plugin (such as in Paint.NET), download the file. When you open it, you will see several clothing items and Stitch. Each clothing item should be on a separate layer (Stitch is in his own layer). It should be Stitch in the background, Clothing item 1 in layer 1, clothing item 2 in layer 2, and so on.

Ok, so let's say you want to put Clothing Item 1 on Stitch. Go to Layer 1 (this is where Clothing Item 1 should be) and select the clothing item. Select and move the clothing item onto Stitch until it matches up almost perfectly. Do that with every clothing item.
